R'evolution sommelier Molly Wismeier has been selected as one of the top seven somms in the country by Food & Wine.  Wismeier makes the cut along with six other wine pros from across the country. The reason she rules:

An exceptional talent scout, she stocks her 10,000-bottle cellar with impressive old vintages from lesser-known talents as well as superstars.

Wismeier honed her somm chops at famed Chicago institution Charlie Trotter’s, along with Ambria, Epic and Cru. She also says wonderful somm things like this: "Barolo can be such a contradiction: so powerful but also so delicate." Best of all, her wines by the glass program includes many affordable selections, staring at $8/glass, as well as some whoppers for the rich and adventurous.
