Boucherie's Wing & Daiq Shack Bourrée May Open Next Week

Boucherie's highly-anticipated upcoming wing and daiq shack Bourrée may open next, Ian McNulty reports, "pending city approvals." Bourrée is set to take over the space at 8115 Jeanette that Boucherie has occupied since 2008, but recently moved out of.

Boucherie is now open in the former Cafe Grenada at 1506 Carrollton, with a lot more seating and the same great menu.  As for Bourrée, expect wings and seasonal daiqs at first with an expanded menu including tapas and street food inspired by Zimet's original Que Crawl (aka "the purple truck") food truck to come.
