FRENCH QUARTER - Arnaud's has announced an upcoming partnership with distillery Four Roses, which will result in the restaurant serving its own special batch of bourbon, created specially for them. They'll be celebrating with a three course bourbon event on February 26 with food, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and Four Roses' master distiller on hand to answer questions and sign bottles. Cocktail hour starts at 6:45pm and the sit down dinner begins at 7:15. The dishes will be incorporating elements used to make whiskey, like rye, corn, and barley. The dinner costs $150.00 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity). Reservations are required as space is limited. To reserve your spot, call (504) 523-5433. [EaterWire]
