Tim Hood, Owner of The Varsity, Dies

SAD NEWS—Tim Hood, co-owner of the pioneering Baton Rouge The Chimes franchise Parrain's Seafood and owner of The Varsity, died today, February 9, due to cancer. He is survived by his wife and three children. [NOLA]
