NOLA: Ian McNulty reports that Dinner Lab will be doing a series of crawfish boils around the country this spring, and is currently holding a Clash of the Crawfish contest in New Orleans to identify the best local boil aficionados to send on the road to help. On February 22, finalists will compete to make the best boil, and for $30 you can sample all the crawfish and vote for the best. [Advocate]
