French Quarter bistro favorite Meauxbar is offering a Carnival brunch in lieu of dinner service on Sunday, February 15 and on Lundi Gras, February 16, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for a steal at just $35. Chef Kristen Essig—who was recently chosen as the covergirl for Elle Magazine's feature on America's most important women in the restaurant industry—will be throwing down the following menu, certain to impress out of towners and locals alike.
