CARROLLTON— The ninth annual Oak Street Po' Boy Festival returns to Oak Street this Sunday, November 22, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with 40+ vendors, an art market, live music, and po' boys galore vying for numerous prizes and the title of best po' boy in town.  Word to the wise: arrive early.
