ATC Cracks Down on Quarter Strip Clubs For Illegal Activity

QUARTER— This Thursday, November 12, Arnaud's starts its second annual Teddy Bear Program drive, benefitting the NOPD and local youth in need—police officers hand out teddy bears to kids they come across while on duty. QUARTER— An ATC crackdown on French Quarter stripclubs accused of turning a blind eye to prostitution and illegal drug activity, Operation Trick or Treat, will continue through the holidays.
