The newest location of New Orleans' insanely popular burger joint, The Company Burger, is open for business and is ready for a crowd. Although take-out service will be on point for the worker bees in the surrounding CBD and Warehouse Districts, there will be lots of seating for those who want to enjoy their cheeseburgers or pork rinds or cocktails or beer right then and there. The seats and tables are very similar to the style of the Freret Street location, and also includes a mayo bar and beverage station.
Owner Adam Biderman hopes to maximize outdoor space and bring some fun the the downtown South Market location with bocce and other yard games in the cards, along with outdoor seating.
There's a long bar inside where one can enjoy one of 25 different beers (from $3 goblets of Miller Lite to $6 pints of Gnarly Barley Korova Milk Porter) or cocktails or wine. Or milkshakes, come to think of it. (Biderman is planning on releasing a specialty bar menu in the near future as well.)
Also, it's open on Tuesday, so CoBu cravings can be sated every day of the week.
