F&M's Owner Plans Huge Indoor-Outdoor Boozing Compound On Tchoupitoulas

James Trevor Palmer, the owner of Uptown's iconic flea-infested college dive F&M Patio Bar, is planning to open a massive indoor/outdoor bar at Third and Tchoupitoulas (near NOLA Brewing), Todd Price reports. The bar itself will be a 6,000 square-feet ordeal, taking over an existing structure that already sits on Tchoup. There will also be a 12,000-square-foot patio with its own outdoor bar (all new construction). The plans call for quite a bit of on-site parking, and the project is slated to be complete around August 2016.
