Dinner Lab Hosts Acclaimed Fäviken Chef Magnus Nillsen

NOLA— Ian McNulty reports that chef Magnus Nilssen of highly-acclaimed Swedish restaurant Fäviken (and Mind of a Chef) will discuss/sign his new release The Nordic Cookbook during Dinner Lab on November 17. A fellow Swede, chef/Per Se alum Christopher Haatuft of restaurant Lysverket will prepare the dinner. $175/person, includes food, drink and cookbook. [Advocate]
