MID CITY— Helen Freund reports that Rob Bechtold, who just shuttered his beloved NOLA Smokehouse in the LGD last week, will soon be popping up in Bevi Seafood with Bayou Bao, an Asian steamed bun concept. No word on the dates yet. [Gambit]
