Warehouse District cocktail powerhouse Compere Lapin is celebrating Eater's Cocktail Week with a wine cocktail from bar whiz Ricky Gomez, and folks, this isn't your drunk aunt's rosé. Rather, think of this riff on sparkling cider as a welcoming embrace of fall with rich notes of spiced pear. And also a nod to bros— for what would fall be without Northface vests, plaid shirts, and beards aplenty, brah?
The Brosé is comprised of Domaine Pacory Poire Domfront (pear cider), Peychauds bitters, and a simple lemon twist, served over ice, and you can get it all week for $9.
