New Orleans burger king Adam Biderman is opening a second location of Company Burger in what's shaping up to be 2015's hottest addition to the dining game, The Paramount (611 O' Keefe Ave.), Todd Price reports this week. For those who don't yet know, The Paramount is the CBD's highly-anticipated mixed-used building/expansion incubator in the newly-hatched South Market District. The building will also house Booty's expansion Ursa Major, Magasin expansion Magasin Kitchen, Besh Group expansion Willa Jean bakery and more.
The new Company Burger will place more emphasis on the bar, which will be "large" and will have 25+ beers on tap, so take note, Who Dat pre-gamers. This new location will also be 500-square-feet larger than the Freret flagship adn will have a separate kitchen for take-out orders (and catering), which is a good thing, considering the CBD lunch crowd in here is bound to be insane. Expect a Spring 2015 opening.
