Michael Pedranti OUT at Newly Opened 1011, Along With Bar Manager

Pedranti has plans to open a restaurant Uptown.

Chef Michael Pedranti and beverage director Lynn Burgett II are both OUT at small plates/cocktail/live music hub Ten Eleven (1011), Todd Price reports. The restaurant opened in November from first-time restaurateur/nuclear chemist KarrieAnn Kubatko at 1011 Gravier Street featuring a menu of French and global inspired small plates, which Pedranti (a Sbisa and Ste. Marie alum) is now planning to take elsewhere:

He hopes to announce within a week that he'll be opening a new restaurant Uptown.

That's some smooth pre-announcement action right there.  Meanwhile, no word on who will be stepping in as chef at Ten Eleven.
