MARIGNY: Sarah Baird reviews BYOB Chinese newcomer Bao & Noodle this week, now open in the former Sound Cafe space (2700 Chartres): " The house-made noodles are easily the restaurant's most outstanding feature." Also must-try: the "brittle-like" strange flavor peanuts.    [Gambit]
