The VCC has approved the architectural concept for Cafe Habana, but Sean Meenan and co. must now bring additional info seating capacity, proposed signage and more back to the Architectural Review Committee next week for further approval. Also, there will "likely be five more public hearings on Café Habana," which means somebody must keep bringing free donut holes. [NOLA.com]
