Brad McGeehee has parted ways with Carrollton staple Ye Olde College Inn. McGeehee was known for bringing farm-to-table elements to the kitchen in the past several years (sourced from the restaurant's adjacent farm and elsewhere), and adding a slew of great specials to the restaurant's menu of old school favorites. Just yesterday Brett Anderson raved about the restaurant's oysters bleu.
A call to McGeehee confirms his departure, and the chef says he does have a potential project forthcoming, but didn't comment further.
