Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts has signed a long-term lease with the Prince Conti Hotel to operate the temporarily-shuttered Bombay Club, Todd Price reports. Zeid Ammari and team, who also resurrected Broussard's and own Kingfish, will give the space some light 'TLC' before reopening in December, with promises of a high profile chef to come.
You may recall that longtime Bombay Club employees left the restaurant (and done got sued by them for trademark infringement) to open Richard Fiske's Martini Bar & Restaurant at the Chateau LaMoyne.
