CENTRAL CITY: Todd Price gets a look inside Ryan Hughes' upcoming Southern gem Purloo, inside the brand new SoFAB location this week: "Thirty seats wrap around the kitchen on three sides. Except for a walk-in refrigerator and dishwashing station, everything will be on full view." SoFAB celebrates its ribbon cutting on September 29, and Purloo's opening shouldn't be that far behind.
