Bombay Club has won a trademark lawsuit against newly opened Richard Fiske's Martini Club and Restaurant, which many believed to be the relocation of Bombay Club. Richard Fiske's is named after the longtime (deceased) operator of the Bombay Club, and run by former Bombay employees including Andrew Gross and chef Nick Gile with "the same martini bar... same food menu" in a larger space at Chateau LaMoyne. Meanwhile, The Bombay Club is currently closed for renovations in the Prince Conti Hotel, with plans to reopen in November. [NOLA.com]
