Wine Gem in The Marigny; Dishcrawl's Bites of Bywater

MARIGNY— Laura McKnight reports that Second Vine Wine has been quietly open at 1027 Touro since January, but they do hold free wine tastings on Fridays from 6 to 9 p.m. and will add spirit tastings on Thursdays and craft beer tastings on Saturdays this fall, plus plans for wine-education classes too.
