Araña, a new taqueria from Salu/Byblos owners Three of a Kind is taking over the former Byblos' space (3242 Magazine) in August. Richard Papier a Taqueros Coyoacan alum will do "slow-braised meats cooked wrapped in banana leaves," spit-roasted pork, lot of tacos, and more dishes of the Yucatan. [NOLA.com]
