Bayou Rum's New Satsuma Liqueur, Tamale Mania

QUARTER— Bayou Rum is launching their brand new 60 proof Satsuma Liqueur, available starting this week at finer local bars/restaurants. MISSISSIPPI— Last October Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and Ryan Prewitt attended the Delta Hot Tamale Festival, serving a "riff on one of Butcher's star offerings—the boudin—mixing the sausage's meat and seasonings with cornmeal instead of rice," and according to Julia Reed, they'll be back in Greenville again to compete this October. NOLA— Dinner Lab founder Brian Bordainick is all up on Entrepreneur.com this week with a video and accompanying article that notes: "Since launching in August of 2012 in Bordainick's basement apartment, Dinner Lab has grown to nearly 60 full-time employees, hundreds of part-time servers and brings in between $3.5 and $4.8 million in annual revenue.
