Bayou Rum's New Satsuma Liqueur, Tamale Mania

QUARTER— Bayou Rum is launching their brand new 60 proof Satsuma Liqueur, available starting this week at finer local bars/restaurants. MISSISSIPPI— Last October Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and Ryan Prewitt attended the Delta Hot Tamale Festival, serving a "riff on one of Butcher's star offerings—the boudin—mixing the sausage's meat and seasonings with cornmeal instead of rice," and according to Julia Reed, they'll be back in Greenville again to compete this October.
