Junction's Burgers, Bars Go Smoke-Free This Week, & More

MARIGNY— Switcheroo alert: Sound Cafe (3700 Chartres) is closing up shop on Friday, and Herbsaint alum/chef Doug Crowell will be opening Bao and Noodle, a neighborhood steamed bun and noodle restaurant, in the space come September. [NOLA>com]
