Do-Gooder Remoulade, Tiki & Pools at The Lu-Wow, More

QUARTER— Arnaud's Remoulade is celebrating twenty years in operation this summer by honoring 20 local charities. On select days in July through September, organizations including Kingsley House, Second Harvest, LASPCA and more will be receiving 20 percent of Remoulade's net profits. [Eaterwire]

WAREHOUSE DISTRICT— Tomorrow, July 19, Lucy's Retired Surfers Bar hosts their 7th annual Lu-Wow Block Party from noon-until. Free live music starts at 5 p.m. Tiki drinks and Baja-inspired food offerings will be on hand for purchase, and an entire block will be taken over by pools, a giant inflatable water slide, slip 'n slide, and a misting area. CBD/METAIRIE— Florida-based chain tavern World Of Beer will be opening two locations at 4100 Vets and 300 Julia St. Both this Fall. Both will feature "50 draft and 500 bottled beer choices from around the globe, as well its new 'tavern fare' and craft spirits menus." [CityBusiness, sub req]
