We've Got Soul has returned to New Orleans, and is now popping up at Jim's (3000 Royal St.) every Friday from 6-10 p.m. Chef Tres Barnard just spent a few months in DC, but is looking forward to showing off his cooking skills in Jim's open kitchen.
