Bayou Burger & Sports Company (503 Bourbon Street) is opening a second location in the former Montrel's Bistro space in the French Market. Owners Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts (who also own Kingfish, Broussard's, and more) plan to open five new Bayou Burgers over the next five years. [NOLA.com]
