John Besh and Chefs Move! co-founder Jessica Bride have awarded this year's scholarships to Criollo cook Susana Bravo and pastry chef Ronald Green, formerly of Loretta's Pralines. The duo will now head to NYC to study at the International Culinary Center for nine months, before heading back for two-months of internship at a Besh restaurant. More on Chefs Move! right here.
