Southern Prohibition Brewing in neighboring Mississippi is releasing a 11.4 percent ABV barrel aged barleywine called Barley Legal in New Orleans on Saturday. Since Mississippi law prohibits the sale of beer higher than 10.2 percent ABV, SoPro is taking their show on the road, bringing fans across state lines to sample the Barley Legal barleywine - and you can join them at the Avenue Pub on Saturday, June 21 at 2 p.m. [EaterWire]
