Justin Boswell, Louisiana native/main brewer at Black Raven Brewing Co. in Washington, and wife Kristin, are planning to move home and open Wayward Owl Brewing in Nola (or potentially in Lafayette) by spring 2015. Boswell says: "The city used to be the Southern capital of brewing. Personally, I think that's the direction it's going in." [NOLA.com]
