Treo's Tapas Kitchen is Officially Open, Here's The Menu

Clap ya hands, Mid City, because Tulane Avenue's finest new cocktail den Treo has officially opened their kitchen, with chef James Cullen— most recently of St. Lawrence— slinging small plates until the wee hours five nights a week.
