Link's Mindblowing Meals, Pop Ups Gone Permanent

NOLA— This week Donald Link tells GQ 10 meals that absolutely blew his mind, including an all-day beach side affair involving baked provolone and steamed mussels at La Huella in Uruguay and boiled crawfish and etouffee at Hawk's in Rayne, Louisiana: "It is literally in the middle of the woods.
