Pelican Bay Opens, Sno-Bliz' Beards Bling, And More

SEVENTH WARD— Todd Price reports that two lawyers have opened new restaurant Pelican Bay at 1701 Elysian Fields Avenue. 40 televisions, frozen daiquiris, and 'American food' including wings, pizza, and burgers with meat ground in-house.
