Waffles on Maple is now serving up sweet and savory waffle and crepe concoctions at 7712 Maple St in a hard-to-miss waffle-fronted building. The counter-service kosher restaurant, which is "based on a waffle shop owner Rotem Dahan saw while traveling in Jerusalem," kicks things off extra-early on weekdays with a 6 a.m. opening time.
