Top Restaurants in America; Cochon's Roman Holiday

NOLA— Cochon, Galatoire's, and Commander's Palace have made Business Insider's top 45 restaurants in America. The results are compiled by combing through "five notable restaurant rankings compiled by food critics, diners, and experts" and ranking the restaurants by how many times they appear on these lists. Or something like that. [BusinessInsider]

WAREHOUSE DISTRICT— Todd Price reports that Cochon is also hosting a family friendly Roman feast/benefit dinner, cooked by chef Stephen Stryjewsi and students from the Waldorf School who have been studying about Ancient Rome this spring. $75 gets you five-courses and wine/beer, $20 for kids.Funds go toward Waldorf students' class trip.
