Ian McNulty has more on upcoming Milkfish (125 N. Carrollton): Cristina Quackenbush and biz partner Dean Lambert may be starting "trial dinners" as early as April 15. They'll be open six days a week for lunch dinner, and apparently Sunday brunch shortly thereafter. They've already applied for a liquor license, and plan to offer delivery. [ADvocate]
