CBD— Laura McKnight on Lucky Rooster's cocktails: "Try the Juan's Donkey cocktail, a 'classy (Moscow) Mule variation' made with Russell Henry Hawaiian White Ginger Gin and lemongrass ginger syrup." [NOLA.com]

MID CITY— McKnight also reports that Tulane Ave Bar has been going-off during Monday night screenings of Ru Paul's Drag Race. The bar, which opened in February, also "has created an interesting ambiance by mixing a flashy look with a neighborhood vibe. You can see it in the black and pink color scheme, the shimmering stage curtains, low to moderate drink prices, free red beans and rice on Mondays." [NOLA.com]

SEVENTH WARD— Sarah Baird reports that home of p[o boys and The Panty Dropper daiq Melba's is now apparently advertising on a house and a building in the 7th Ward that "have been washed in Melba's soon-to-be signature blue hue" with Eat at Melba's.com scrawled across them. Owner Scott Wolf says "We're planning on buying houses and buildings all across the city for ads." [Gambit]

UPTOWN— Robert Morris reports that Manor on Magazine is still happening, and could potentially open this fall with Sylvain's Sean McCusker and Robert LeBlanc having just finalized their purchase of the former Duke Morgan Spa, which will house the restaurant. [UptownMessenger]

MISSISSIPPI— Todd Price reports that John Folse and Rick Tramonto will open a new concept Seafood R'Evolution in Ridgeland, Miss., a suburb of Jackson this September. [NOLA.com]
