A Little Peek Inside Milkfish, With Updated Menu Too

Here's a little look inside Milkfish, now open in Mid City. There's also some fresh menu porn and actual food porn too, so do check it out. Chef Cristina Quackenbush (a FOH alum of several Adolfo Garcia restaurants) started the popular Filipino pop up over two years ago (once callled Taste of the Philippines) and after popping up in Rio Mar, a Mano, Marie's, Who Dat Coffee Café and La Boca, receiving rave reviews — and hoping for permanent spots in the CBD and Warehouse District, and helping spark the question is Filipino cuisine the next big thing in food?— Milkfish now has a new permanent home in the former Italian Pie space next door to Rue 127.
