Gulotta Debuts New Tasting Menu at MoPho Tonight

Time for some very important breaking news, folks. Chef Michael Gulotta tells Eater he has just added a tasting menu at certified-cool exploratory Vietnamese joint Mopho, available nightly at 6 p.m. This glorious new five-course tasting menu is $55 (plus extra $20 for wine pairings) and it DEBUTS TONIGHT. Here is tonight's tasting menu.
