LOUISIANA—Chain restaurant Hardee's has locations coming soon to Baton Rouge and Mandeville as part of an "initiative to open doors on 30 new restaurants in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas within seven years," reports Chelsea Brasted, including a new Mexican spin-off called Red Burrito.
