After a brief delay due to some last minute kitchen-lighting drama, chef Jason Goodenough officially opens the doors to his highly-anticipated market-driven stunner Carrollton Market in the Riverbend this evening, March 21. The revamp of the former restaurant One space is gorgeous, the menu aims to please in a totally southern fashion that's both modern and traditional— think cassoulet, crispy pig tail tots, chicken and dumplins featuring housemade gnocchi— and the booze will be all a'flow. This is certain to be one of the biggest openings of the Spring, and reservations are highly encouraged.
