MARIGNY— Check out what Robért Fresh Market has in store for St. Claude Avenue. Empty since Hurricane Katrina, the ball is finally rolling for the supermarket redevelopment. Renderings this way.

CBD— Plans for a 21-story hotel on the corner of Canal and Tchoup aren't getting much love from the reviewing boards. Part of the $120-million plans call for demo'ing some historic buildings and this week the Historic District Landmark Commission guys shot down their request.
