UPTOWN— The former "Real World" house and old residence of professional b-baller, Baron Davis, is back on the market after a month-long hiatus and a $100,000 price chop. The three-floor, 9,000-square-foot spread is trying for $2.9 million this time around.

LOWER 9th WARD— Blight fight action could take place in the form of selling abandoned lots in the Lower 9 for $100 (or less!). Read all about it.

MID-CITY— Look inside what may very well be the smallest apartments in New Orleans. The house has been chopped up into micro-mini studios and $600 gets one, er, 210-square-feet of living space.

TREME— After an $8 million renovation and months of construction delay, the historic Carver Theater on Orleans Ave. has announced its official opening date. April 30 is the big day.
