Megan Braden-Perry reports that Mita's Cafe Cubano, a "Cuban coffee shop specializing in Cuban sandwiches" is now open at 7007 St. Claude in Arabi, with very cool signage at that. Also open in Arabi: Stella Maris Cafe & Grocery, "serving several traditional Middle Eastern appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, desserts and beverages" at 7555 W. Judge Perez. [Gambit]
