Todd A. Price reports that underground supper club Dinner Lab is adding a delivery service for those without members only jackets. Yes, "as an experiment for the next month, Dinner Lab will offer a Weekly Lab-Bag delivery service" for folks who aren't members of the club. A visiting chef will prepare 3 meals a week, and the first chef to do so is Eric Bolyard, an Eleven Madison Park alum (in NYC), who is doing a tribute to Spain's Basque Country, starting today February 10.

Here's the menu highlights, from Price: "Cider-braised lamb shoulder with lentils, leek and chorizo stew, espelette-dusted mahi-mahi with braised garbanzos and a vegetarian meal with roasted king oyster mushrooms and charred eggplant puree."

Cost and Delivery: For non-members, this week's meals cost $11.50/each, but will range from $8 to $12, with delivery an additional $2.50. Order online here. You can pick up your lunch at Dinner Lab's Mid-City prep kitchen or have it delivered to the CBD. But "Dinners are delivery only. While lunch is hot, dinners arrive as a kit that you finish at home... Lunches are available for Thursday or Friday. Dinners can be delivered Thursday through Sunday," and you must order online by 4 p.m. Wednesday.

In other Dinner Lab news, the team will be moving into a new 4,000 square-foot headquarters on burgeoning O.C. Haley Blvd. in the next month.
