The new restaurant Ten Eleven (or 1011 Nola) is now open from owner/nuclear chemist KarrieAnn Kubatko, chef Michael Pedranti, and beverage director Lynn Burgett II at 1011 Gravier Street. While doors will open at 11:30a.m. for regular service--including lunch, hapy hour and dinner--next week, this weekend you can still find soft opening hours at 5 p.m. with live music, food, and cocktails.
As for the menu, Pedranti is doing mainly French cooking with some global-twists, primarily in the form of small plates, with meats cured in house and cocktail pairings available. Menu here.
