Frankie & Johnny's Gets a New Owner, More on Junction

UPTOWN: Todd Price reports that David McCelvey, chef/former vice prez of operations for Emeril Lagasse's empire, is now the owner of Uptown crawfish fave Frankie & Johnny's.
