This week Sarah Baird finds three "fresh" pop ups and a new food truck around town. Get 'em while they're hot, folks. First up, Congreso Cubano serves Cuban food inside Hi-Ho Thursday to Friday nights (and was a part of this guide to fall's hottest pop-ups, which btw, is also full of great pop-up ideas). Pizza Rustica has been popping up in Martine's, Pal's sister lounge in Old Metairie, on Fri/Sat nights and during Sunday Saints games. Lahpet: A Taste of Burma just debuted at Freret gaming mecca Rook Cafe with lunch specialties including "pickled tea leaf salad, golden egg curry and Burmese milk tea."  finally, Saigon Slim's food truck has hit the streets with New Orleans/Vietnamese dishes, ie. Bananas Foster spring rolls, and stops at Ms. Mae's and 45 Tchoup.
