Two highly-anticipated Bywater openings appear to be ever so close to taking over St. Claude Avenue in the coming weeks. Junction, the burger and beer bar from the masterminds behind Molly's At The Market and 13, now has a website and a finalized menu up and is in the midst of inspections. Burgers, wings, and tons of craft beers are on tap for the sleek new bar in the the revamped former A & N Grocery at 3021 St. Claude.
Across the street, Red's Chinese has already passed their final inspection and is gearing up to bring creative Chinese dishes to their brick and mortar at 3028 St. Claude. The restaurant is run by two NYC restaurant industry vets including a chef who worked with Danny Bowien at Mission Chinese.
Expect December openings, y'all.
